1. Hot melt welding machine operators must undergo special training from relevant departments and can only use them after passing the assessment. Non-operators are strictly prohibited.
2. The electrical appliances and control parts of the welding machine are not waterproof. When using this machine, water should be prohibited from entering the welding tools and control parts. In case of rainy days, protective measures should be taken for the welding machine’s electrical appliances and control components.
3. When welding at subzero temperatures, appropriate protective measures must be taken to ensure that the welding surface has sufficient temperature.
4. All items in contact with the welding surface must be cleaned. Before welding, the welding surface must be clean and dry. The parts to be welded must not be damaged, damaged, or contaminated (such as dirt, grease, debris, etc.).
5. To ensure the continuity of the welding process, it should be fully cooled naturally after the welding is completed to eliminate its internal stress.
6. For pipe components with dn≤63mm or wall thickness e<6mm, the welding method of hot-melt butt joints is not allowed.
7. When pipe components of different SDR series are welded together, it is recommended to use welding or appropriate processing methods to make the weld wall thickness the same.
8. Detailed original welding records should be kept for each weld. The original welding record should at least include weather conditions, ambient temperature, welder code, weld number, pipe type, welding pressure, resistance pressure, pressurization time, and heating. Plate temperature, switching time, heat absorption time, cooling time, etc.
9. The fuses in the fuses are strictly prohibited from being added or removed without permission.
10. The equipment should be observed at any time during use. If there is any abnormal noise or overheating, stop using it immediately.
11. Always keep the equipment clean to prevent dust accumulation from damaging the circuit.
